Our returns policy is the best in the industry. We stand behind our products, period. In the unlikely event that you receive defective or damaged goods, we will replace them for you immediately. If you find that you have changed your mind on your purchase, have overages, or would just like to return your purchase for any other reason, we will be happy to assist you. The return must be within 30 days of receipt and will be subject to a 30% manufacturer's restock fee and shipping charges. You may return most items sold by Creative Baby, Kids and Teens within 30 days of shipment. However, we cannot accept returns of certain items for the reasons stated below, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipment.
- Fabrics, since they are cut to your specifications from the bolt at the time that you place your order.
- Any item that is not in its original re-sellable condition and packaging.
- Murals
- Personalized products
- Custom bedding, valances, or draperies
- Clearance items
What's your Return Policy on Costumes and Party Supplies?
Most of our products are backed by our Hassle Free Returns guarantee and fall under our 30 Day Return Policy. Please note that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable.
If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag you can't receive a refund for that item. So please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before returning anything. The following items are NEVER returnable:
- Special Order Items - including all Mascots
- Props that require special delivery
- Partial Party Kits
- Disposable Helium Tanks
- Any item that has been worn, used or altered
There are certain items we can only take back if they are returned in the original, unopened factory-sealed packaging. These include:
- Undergarments, socks and stockings
- Shoes & Boots (Does not apply to shoe covers, boot tops, or costume shoes designed for indoor use only or one time wear)
- CD's and DVD's
- Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips/extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, and Hats with attached hair
- Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
- Cosmetics
- Party Supplies

We apologize for any inconvenience. As part of our hassle free return policy you can return any item that doesnft meet your full satisfaction.
How do I Send Back the Item(s) I Want to Return?
For any baby and children's items that qualified for "free shipping" that are returned or exchanged, the customer will be responsible for amount of shipping incured by us in the delivery of the product to you. This charge is for any order that is returned or exchanged after we have shipped it. You will be refunded for all but what it costed us to ship the product out to you and you will be responsible for any costs incurred for shipping the goods back to us.
How Do You Return an Item?
Creative Baby Bedding requires that you have a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return any item. This is for your protection as well as ours, and insures that we tracking for the package back to us. To obtain an RMA, you can send us an email by clicking on the link, Email Us or call our toll free number at 1-888-808-3688. Our customer service agent will be glad to assist you with an RMA number and they will also send Fed Ex out to pick up your package for you.
After receiving your RMA number from Creative Baby Bedding, you will need to write the RMA number on the outside of the box and on the packing slip that came with your order. Enclose the packing slip in the box and seal the box for shipping. Fed Ex or UPS will arrive to pick up your package within 3 to 7 days.
What should I know about Returns?
- Only items in their original packaging and in new condition will be accepted for credit.
- You must have a prior Return Merchandise Authorization from Creative Baby Bedding prior to returning goods.
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- You will be responsible for shipping costs to return items unless they are damaged or defective.
- Any products that are dirty or have been washed will not be accepted for return credit.
- Personalized products and custom made products cannot be returned.
- Shipping costs, including orders shipped with free shipping promotions are non-refundable.
